Cooking instructions


Preheat the oven to 180°C, remove the product from its package and cook for 6 minutes


Remove the product from its package and cook at 750W for 3 minutes

Frying pan

Remove the product from its package and cook over medium heat with a drizzle of oil for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking


Aubergine 33%, reconstituted and rehydrated SOYA flour, sunflower oil, onion, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), WHEAT gluten, starches, thickener: methyl cellulose; parsley, salt, yeast extract, garlic, pea fibre, herbs, preservative: potassium sorbate; spices.
