Cooking instructions


Preheat the oven to 180°C, remove the product from its package and cook for 6 minutes


Remove the product from its package and cook at 750W for 3 minutes

Frying pan

Remove the product from its package and cook over medium heat with a drizzle of oil for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking


Reconstituted and rehydrated SOYA flour, sunflower oil, Shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes) 15%, Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) 15%, Nameko mushrooms (Pholiota Nameko mutabilis) 8%, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), WHEAT gluten, starches, thickener: methyl cellulose; pea fibre, vegetable stock mix [salt, corn starch, yeast extract, SOYA extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (onion, CELERY, carrot, parsley), extra virgin olive oil, spices], yeast extract, dehydrated onion, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate; spices.
