Cooking instructions

Oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C, remove the product from its package and cook for 10 minutes

Microwave

Remove the product from its package and cook at 750W for 3 minutes

Frying pan

Remove the product from its package and cook over medium heat with a drizzle of oil for 12 minutes, turning over frequently

Reconstituted and rehydrated SOYA flour, chickpeas 20%, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), onion, chickpea flour 4%, WHEAT gluten, starches, parsley, salt, spices, yeast extract, vegetable stock mix [salt, corn starch, yeast extract, SOYA extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (onion, CELERY, carrot, parsley), extra virgin olive oil, spices], garlic, dehydrated garlic, pea fibre, preservative: potassium sorbate; herbs.
