Cooking instructions


Preheat the oven to 180°C, remove the product from its package and cook for 6 minutes.


Remove the product from its package and cook at 750W for 3 minutes.

Frying pan

Remove the product from its package and cook over medium heat with a drizzle of oil for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.


Spinach 25%, carrots 24%, reconstituted and rehydrated SOYA flour, sunflower oil, WHEAT gluten, starches, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), potato flakes, rice flour, SOYA protein isolate, onion, pea fibre, salt, sugar, preservative: potassium sorbate; dehydrated garlic, spices.
May contain CELERY and MUSTARD.
