Reconstituted and rehydrated SOY flour, sunflower oil, Shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes) 15%, Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) 15%, Nameko mushrooms (Pholiota Nameko mutabilis) 8%, breadcrumbs (type “0” common WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), WHEAT gluten, starches, thickener: methylcellulose; pea fibre, vegetable stock preparation [salt, corn starch, yeast extract, SOY extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (onion, CELERY, carrot, parsley), extra virgin olive oil, spices], yeast extract, dehydrated onion, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate; spices.
May contain MUSTARD.

Cooking instructions

OVEN

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 180 °C for 6 minutes in a preheated oven.

MICROWAVE

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 750 Watt for 3 minutes.

FRYING PAN

Take the product out of the pack and cook over medium heat with a little oil for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
