Reconstituted and rehydrated SOY flour, chickpeas 20%, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (type “0” common WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), onion, chickpea flour 4%, WHEAT gluten, starches, parsley, salt, spices, yeast extract, vegetable stock preparation [salt, corn starch, yeast extract, SOY extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (onion, CELERY, carrot, parsley), extra virgin olive oil, spices], garlic, dehydrated garlic, pea fibre, preservative: potassium sorbate; herbs.

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 180 °C for 6 minutes in a preheated oven.

MICROWAVE

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 750 Watt for 3 minutes.
