Broccoli 42%, sunflower oil, kale 9%, reconstituted pea flour, breadcrumbs (type “0” common WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), WHEAT gluten, water, starches, potato flakes, rice powder, pea protein isolate, onion, pea fibre, salt, sugar, preservative: potassium sorbate; dehydrated garlic, spices.
May contain SOY, CELERY and MUSTARD.

Cooking instructions

OVEN

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 180 °C for 6 minutes in a preheated oven.

MICROWAVE

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 750 Watt for 3 minutes.

FRYING PAN

Take the product out of the pack and cook over medium heat with a little oil for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
