Reconstituted and rehydrated SOY flour, cane sugar, coconut milk 8.7% (coconut milk powder 7.3%, glucose syrup), starches, grated coconut 6%, breadcrumbs (type “0” common WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), cocoa powder 4%, OAT flakes 3%, WHEAT gluten, crushed ALMONDS, coconut oil 2%, pea fibre, pea protein, natural flavourings, salt.
May contain MUSTARD and other NUTS

Cooking instructions

OVEN

Bake at 160 °C for 6 minutes in a preheated oven.

MICROWAVE

Bake at 600 Watt for: 30 seconds 1 mini cake, 40 seconds if you eat 2 mini cakes, 70 seconds if you eat 4 mini cakes.

FRYING PAN

Simmer with a little oil for 10 minutes, turning often.
