Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Kioene Mushroom Burgers
  • 2 slices of multigrain sliced bread
  • plant-based margarine
  • 1 avocado
  • half a lemon
  • mixed sprouts
  • salt

METHOD

  1. Cook the burgers as indicated on the package. 
  2. Meanwhile, toast the bread slices and spread a layer of veggie margarine on them. 
  3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel and slice it. 
  4. Place the avocado on the two slices of bread and season with a pinch of salt and a little lemon juice. 
  5. Place the burgers on top of the avocado, garnish with fresh sprouts and serve.
