  • 1 pack of Mini burgers with broccoli and kale
  • 1 small cauliflower of approx. 450/500 g
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Set the oven to 180° and line a baking tray with baking paper. 
  2. Divide the cauliflower into florets, wash them, drain them on a tea towel and spread them on half of the baking tray. 
  3. Sprinkle the cauliflower with the pine nuts and turmeric. Season with a drizzle of oil, salt and a generous grinding of pepper and bake for about 10 minutes. 
  4. Remove the baking tray from the oven, stir the cauliflower, place the mini burgers in the vacant part. 
  5. Bake again for the time stated on the package, take out of the oven and serve.
