  • 1 pack of chickpea burgers
  • 4 Marinda tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons pickled small capers
  • a few basil leaves
  • balsamic vinegar to taste
  • olive oil to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut them into very thin slices. 
  2. Spread the tomato carpaccio on two flat plates and sprinkle them with the capers 
  3. Season with salt, pepper, a few drops of balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. 
  4. Cook the burgers as indicated on the package, place them on the tomato carpaccio, garnish with a few basil leaves and serve.
