2 packs of Kioene Chickpea Burgers
3 medium-sized potatoes
3 carrots
200 g shelled peas (also frozen)
1 garlic clove
1 chilli pepper
a few mint leaves
olive oil
METHOD
Peel the potatoes and the carrots, cut them into approximately 2 cm chunks and steam them for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender when pricked with a fork. After 10 minutes of cooking, pour the peas into the basket as well.
Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a large non-stick frying pan with the crushed garlic clove and the sliced or crumbled chilli pepper, if dry. Add the vegetables, season them with salt and cook them in the oil for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the chickpea burgers as indicated on the package. Serve the chickpea burgers accompanied by the vegetables sprinkled with coarsely chopped mint.
