Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Kioene apricot
  • tomato and lemon zest mini cakes
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 600 ml milk or almond milk
  • sugar,honey or maple syrup

METHOD

  1. Wash the strawberries, drain them well and remove the stalks. Bake the mini cakes as indicated on the package. 
  2. Dice 4 strawberries and set them aside: blend the others with milk and sweeten to taste. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and serve it accompanied by the mini cakes sprinkled with strawberries. 

NOTE 
For a thicker smoothie, you can add a banana or Greek yoghurt - plain strawberry or whatever flavour you prefer - to the strawberries.
