TASTY TAGLIATA ON MESCLUN WITH BLACKBERRIES AND ALMONDS

  • 1 pack of Kioene I’meat green Tagliata Gustosa
  • 125 g mesclun
  • 1 tub of blackberries
  • 1 handful of sliced almonds
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Balsamic vinegar to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Toast the almond slivers in a non-stick frying pan for a couple of minutes until lightly browned 
  2. Mix the mesclun with the blackberries, arrange on two plates and season to taste. 
  3. Cook the tagliata on the grill as indicated on the package and place it on the salad. 
  4. Sprinkle with the toasted almonds and serve.
