Time to start over for both those who have returned to school and those who go back to work after a more or less long period of well-deserved relaxation. In order to prevent the stress of endless repetition from taking over, it is good to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night and to exercise, even if the very thought makes us demur: this will help maintain balance and let us experience more moments of well-being. 

Last but certainly not least: nutrition! A varied and balanced diet plays a key role during this period, as does avoiding strict weight loss diets. It is important to avoid excesses and to incorporate hearty quantities of vegetables and protein into our diet.
