If you are running out of time, the simplest solution is to use the microwave. You can cook one veggie burger at 750 W for 5 minutes, or allow 6 minutes for 2 burgers together. If they turn out a bit dry after cooking, add some raw olive oil and you will feel the difference

If, on the other hand, you have already switched on the oven, perhaps to bake a cake or to toast bread for your sandwiches, you can use it to make your veggie burgers! Preheat the oven to 180° C and cook the burgers for 5 minutes; if you cook two at the same time, let them cook one minute longer. 

Lastly, the third cooking method requires a little more attention, but the result will be just as good. Get a non-stick pan, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and cook the vegetable burgers for 6 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
