Peel the pears, quarter them, remove the core and cut them into 0.5 cm cubes. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the pears, stir, sprinkle with sugar and fry over a moderate flame for 2 to 3 minutes until they start to brown slightly.
In the meantime, bake the mini cakes according to the instructions on the package. Arrange the mini cakes on a plate, sprinkle with caramelised pears, sprinkle with pecans and serve
