MINI CAKES WITH GRILLED PINEAPPLE AND VANILLA ICE CREAM

  • 1 pack of Kioene chocolate and coconut mini cakes
  • 1 pineapple
  • vanilla ice cream

METHOD

  1. Remove the crown of the pineapple, peel it and cut 4 slices 1 cm thick from the middle part (use the leftovers for other preparations or add to a fruit salad)
  2. Heat a grill pan well.
    When hot, lower the flame to a medium heat and grill the pineapple slices a couple of minutes on each side. 
  3. In the meantime, bake the mini cakes according to the instructions on the package.
    Arrange the pineapple slices on plates, place a mini cake on top of each slice, garnish with a scoop of ice cream and serve
