  • 2 packs of frozen spinach burgers (one 4x pack is enough)
  • 4 slices of homemade bread
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 400 g mixed cherry tomatoes (yellow, red, green, datterini, cherry)
  • 40 g pitted green olives
  • 800 g frozen chips
  • a few basil leaves
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them and cut them into cubes. Cut the olives into slices, mix them with the cherry tomatoes and season with oil, salt and pepper and the basil cut into strips.   

Squeeze the lemon. Peel the avocados, remove the stones and mash the flesh with lemon juice, salt and pepper.   

Cook the Spinach Burgers as indicated on the package.   

Cook the chips as indicated on the packet.   

Toast the bread slices. Spread each slice with the avocado cream, place a burger on top of each slice and garnish with a couple of spoonfuls of the cherry tomato and olive salad.   

Serve the toasted bread slices accompanied by the chips.
