  • 1 pack of Kioene Spinach Burgers
  • 1 small carrot
  • 40 g curly salad greens
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tablespoon seed and nut salad mix
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Peel the carrot, trim it and use a mandoline or a peeler to cut ribbons. Wash and dry the salad greens, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in halves or quarters. Combine the vegetables in a bowl and season to taste with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. 
  2. Cook the spinach burgers as indicated on the package. Serve them accompanied by the salad sprinkled with the mix of seeds and dried fruits.
