Oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C, remove the product from its package and cook for 8 minutes

Frying pan

Remove the product from its package and cook over medium heat with a drizzle of oil for 7 minutes, turning halfway through cooking

Ingredients

Tofu 44% [SOYA, water, nigari (magnesium chloride)], reconstituted and rehydrated SOYA flour, breading (WHEAT flour, salt, colouring: paprika extract; spices, spice extract), sunflower oil, water, starches, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), thickener: methyl cellulose; vegetable stock mix [salt, corn starch, yeast extract, SOYA extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (onion, CELERY, carrot, parsley), extra virgin olive oil, spices], pea fibre, salt, yeast extract, SOY sauce [SOY, water, salt, shochu (water, rice, salt, koji)], preservative: potassium sorbate.
