Concentrated textured and rehydrated SOY protein 46%, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, salt, lemon extract, parsley), sunflower oil, water, potato protein, WHEAT gluten, pea protein, starches, thickener: methylcellulose; natural flavourings, salt, concentrated lemon juice powder, yeast extract, preservative: potassium sorbate; pea fibre, onion powder, garlic powder.  Contains SOY, GRAINS CONTAINING GLUTEN.
May contain CELERY and MUSTARD.

Cooking instructions

OVEN

Take the product out of the pack and bake at 180 °C for 6 minutes in a preheated oven.

FRYING PAN

Take the product out of the pack and cook over medium heat with a little oil for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
